Trout National – The Reserve, a private golf course developed by Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout and John Ruga, has completed construction. The par-73 course, located in Vineland, New Jersey, was designed by TGR Design, the golf course architecture firm founded by Tiger Woods.
Woods shared news of the course's completion on Instagram, posting a video flyover with a caption that read, "From vision to reality. It has been incredibly rewarding to work alongside @miketrout , John and the Trout National team, together with my @tgr.design team, to bring our shared vision for this special place to life. Proud of what our teams have accomplished together and excited for everyone who gets to experience it."
Trout responded to Woods' post, writing, "What a ride. Couldn’t have asked for a better partner to bring this to life @tigerwoods 👊🏻".
The course is designed to be an exclusive club with a limited membership of 227 individuals, a number that corresponds to Trout's jersey number, 27.
