Manchester City winger Savinho is open to leaving the club this summer, with a potential move to Premier League rivals Tottenham on his mind. The 22-year-old Brazilian international is a key target for Spurs and the club are aware of the interest. Sources indicate Savinho is keen to make a move during the current transfer window, and discussions regarding a potential transfer to London are underway.
Savinho joined Manchester City from sister club Troyes for £30.8 million in July 2024, following a loan spell at Spanish side Girona. Tottenham had previously engaged in talks to sign the winger last summer, but Manchester City was not looking to sell at that time. He subsequently signed a contract extension in October, which currently runs until 2031.
In his first season with City, Savinho was a regular starter under Pep Guardiola, scoring three goals in 48 appearances across all competitions. However, his playing time was more limited in the most recent season, featuring in 36 matches under Guardiola's final campaign as manager. Competition for a starting position on the right wing included Rayan Cherki, who arrived from Lyon last summer, and Antoine Semenyo, a January acquisition from Bournemouth.
