Davinson Sanchez was involved in a mass on-pitch brawl during Galatasaray's Champions League victory over Stuttgart on Tuesday. The incident occurred in the 37th minute of the match, which Galatasaray won 2-0.

The confrontation began after Galatasaray's Baris Yilmaz and Stuttgart's Chris Fuhrich disputed possession near the halfway line. Yilmaz then brought Fuhrich to the ground, escalating the situation when former Brighton striker Deniz Undav stepped in to defend his teammate. Sanchez, a former Tottenham player, then joined the fray along with other players from both sides.

Referee Chris Kavanagh issued bookings to Yilmaz and Undav for their roles in the altercation. Fuhrich and Sanchez did not receive any sanctions.

Galatasaray secured their win with two early goals from Aleksey Batrakov. Sanchez assisted the second goal. This result gives Galatasaray two wins and two losses in their opening four group stage matches. Stuttgart suffered their first defeat in the competition, having previously secured two wins and a draw.

Galatasaray is scheduled to host Aston Villa on November 24, following an international break. Stuttgart will play Inter Milan a day later.
