Multiple students sustained injuries when a railing collapsed at TCO Stadium, the Minnesota Vikings' training facility, during a high school football game on Thursday. The incident occurred at the conclusion of a game between Cretin-Derham Hall and St. Thomas Academy.

Between 20 and 30 students from Cretin-Derham Hall reportedly fell four to six feet when the railing gave way. Emergency medical professionals were on-site to treat injured students. One spectator was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation but has since been released, and all involved are reported to be recovering and in stable condition.

The rivalry game, which Cretin-Derham Hall won 15-7, snapping a 30-year losing streak, was held at the Vikings' TCO Stadium. Videos shared online show Cretin-Derham Hall players celebrating with fans in the stands after the win. The collapse happened as spectators were in the stands.

"Last night was a mixture of emotions with the excitement of the team's win, the scare of the fall and injuries, and the exhaustion of the late night," Cretin-Derham Hall president Jeb Myers said in an email to families. "Please join me in praying for all those injured, may they have a speedy recovery."

Students reportedly fell four or six feet when the railing gave way.

Vikings team officials have reportedly met with contractors and medical staff. They plan to repair the damaged section and assess all railings within the stadium before other scheduled high school games are held there. The team stated, "We are thankful to hear that student has since been released, and we remain in contact with school officials to ensure no other injuries have been reported."
