Punter Turns 2 Bet into 52,000 Winnings with Seven-Horse Accumulator

A SkyBet customer has won 52,252.12 after placing a 2 each-way bet that correctly backed seven horses across the Ascot and York racecourses on Saturday. The bet was a seven-fold accumulator, a complex wager requiring every selection to win.

The winning streak began at 1:45 PM with Moonrise, who won at odds of 11/2. Fifteen minutes later, Stratusnine secured the second leg of the accumulator at 10/3 in the 2:00 PM handicap.

Further wins followed with Kon Tiki at 7/2 and Item at 3/1. Amazing Journey then claimed victory at 4/1. The accumulator continued to build value as Dwindling Funds won at 5/1, despite a late withdrawal impacting the race and a subsequent Rule 4 deduction.

The final leg of the bet was secured at 3:35 PM when Kalpana, the longest shot in the accumulator at 13/2, crossed the finish line first, sealing the 52,000+ payout for the bettor.
