Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently celebrated his wife Brittany's 31st birthday with a night out in Las Vegas. The couple attended a Backstreet Boys concert at The Sphere as part of the group's 'Into the Millennium' residency.

Mahomes and his wife were seen wearing custom Backstreet Boys varsity jackets for the occasion. Brittany Mahomes shared photos from the celebration on Instagram, which included images of their friends, such as former Chiefs tight end Blake Bell and his wife, Lyndsay. The suite at the Wynn hotel where they celebrated was decorated with golf-themed balloons and featured a "Happy Birthday" sign. A three-tier cake displayed photos of the couple's three children: Sterling, Bronze, and Golden Raye.

Patrick Mahomes also posted a tribute to his wife on his personal Instagram account, with the caption, "Happy Birthday! Love you Forever."

The quarterback's attendance at the birthday celebration comes as he approaches the start of the NFL season. Mahomes is recovering from a torn ACL sustained in late December, which had raised concerns about his participation in the upcoming season. However, his rehabilitation has progressed well, and he has been practicing in training camp throughout the summer. His return for Week 1 against the Denver Broncos is still to be determined. Chiefs coach Andy Reid stated late last month that Mahomes is doing well and that the decision on his playing status will be made on a day-to-day basis, contingent on clearance from doctors and trainers, and Mahomes' own assessment. Other quarterbacks have been performing well in his absence, according to Reid.
