During a segment filmed on September 10, 2026, Spiranac addressed questions about her dating history, including her experiences in college.
When Santino inquired about who Spiranac would choose to take to a cabin if everyone were single, she named Canadian golfer Sarah Winter. This led Santino to ask if Spiranac had ever dated a woman. Spiranac responded that she "dabbled" and "hooked up" with women during her time at the University of Arizona and San Diego State, but did not seriously date them. She also stated that she believes she could date a woman, adding, "I'm a huge fan. Women are fantastic, I get it."
