Culpo posted a selfie to her Instagram story on Wednesday, revealing her pregnancy.
This marks the couple's second child, with their first, a daughter named Colette, born in July 2025. Culpo has reportedly been less active on social media during this pregnancy. The photo featured her outfit, including a $450 white shirt and blue jeans.
It is unclear how far along Culpo is in her pregnancy, but the visible baby bump suggests the birth may occur in the first half of the upcoming NFL season. The San Francisco 49ers have recently experienced a high rate of player injuries during training camp. McCaffrey, however, remained healthy last season, playing in all 17 regular season games. He accumulated 1,202 rushing yards on 311 carries with 10 touchdowns, and added 924 receiving yards on 102 receptions with seven receiving touchdowns.
