Odell Beckham Jr. has officially returned to the New York Giants, expressing his excitement and a singular goal: to bring a Super Bowl title back to the city.
"Being able to bring a Super Bowl back to New York," Beckham Jr. stated in a recent interview. "I just want to win one for the Giants more than anything. I’m here to give it my all, give it my heart, during my last couple of years."
The Giants announced Beckham Jr.'s return in June. The 33-year-old wide receiver was initially drafted by the Giants in 2014 and played with the team until 2018. His career since has included stints with the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, Baltimore Ravens, and Miami Dolphins. He secured his only Super Bowl victory to date with the Rams in 2022.
Beckham Jr.'s return is part of a collaboration with Bilt, a rewards and neighborhood commerce platform. Bilt's Founder and CEO, Ankur Jain, noted that Beckham Jr.'s "deep connection to New York and commitment to the Giants align so well with what Bilt is all about."
Beyond his Super Bowl aspirations, Beckham Jr. also reflected on other significant moments. He spoke of a dream involving a "catch 2.0," alluding to his iconic one-handed catch in 2014, and emphasized that his son, Zydn, is always at the forefront of his mind.
Beckham Jr.'s first game back with the Giants is scheduled for Sept. 13 against the Dallas Cowboys at MetLife Stadium. To commemorate his return, Beckham Jr. and Bilt will host a pre-season game and meet-and-greet event for Bilt Members at MetLife Stadium on Aug. 15.
"What drew me back to New York and the Giants is deeper than football," Beckham Jr. explained. "Being able to share this moment with Bilt Members who are as passionate about the game as I am feels right."
