Nolan Traore Proving His Worth for Brooklyn Nets in Preseason

Despite the presence of veteran scorers Michael Porter Jr. and Julius Randle, Brooklyn Nets guard Nolan Traore is emerging as a notable performer in the preseason. The 20-year-old Traore, the youngest player on the NBA's youngest team, is currently averaging 13.0 points per game in just 15.4 minutes of play, while shooting an impressive 65 percent from the field.

Traore's increased production comes as he faces increased competition for minutes, particularly with the anticipated debut of lottery pick Mikel Brown Jr. Brown's eventual arrival is expected to reduce Traore's playing time. However, Traore has consistently delivered performances that have met, and in some cases exceeded, preseason expectations.
