San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa has returned to practice as a limited participant, marking a significant step toward his comeback from a calf injury. Bosa, who has been sidelined since September 24, rejoined his team on Wednesday.

According to ESPN NFL reporter Nick Wagoner, Bosa expressed optimism about his condition, stating he feels "great" and is "ready to go," with no concerns about reaggravating the injury. The 29-year-old has played in only two games this season, recording seven tackles. He missed most of the previous season after suffering a torn ACL in the team's third game.

Bosa's return comes as the 49ers prepare to host the Las Vegas Raiders, who are currently 4-4 on the season and coming off a road victory against the New York Jets. The team also saw wide receiver Deebo Samuel participating in workouts at the facility on Tuesday, suggesting more reinforcements may be on the way for San Francisco.
