Former Pro Bowl running back Najee Harris is visiting the New York Giants on Monday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The visit comes after the Giants' running back depth was impacted by an injury to Dante "Turbo" Miller during Saturday's preseason loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Harris, 28, spent last season with the Los Angeles Chargers but suffered a season-ending Achilles tear in Week 3. In his limited action, he carried the ball 15 times for 61 yards over two-plus games.

A first-round pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2021, Harris earned Pro Bowl honors as a rookie after rushing for 1,200 yards and seven touchdowns. He exceeded 1,000 rushing yards in each of his four seasons with Pittsburgh, accumulating 28 rushing touchdowns and six receiving touchdowns during his tenure.

The Giants' current running back group includes Cam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy, Devin Singletary, and Eric Gray.
