Michael Beale is rebuilding his managerial career in Belgium after facing significant setbacks in Scotland and England.
Beale, who was sacked by Rangers and then Sunderland within a six-month period, is now managing Zulte Waregem in the Belgian top flight. By his own admission, his career trajectory had risen so quickly that a significant fall was almost inevitable. His tenure at Rangers concluded on a disappointing note, marked by several major setbacks.
Following his departure from Rangers, Beale quickly returned to management with Sunderland. However, his time at the Wearside club proved unsuccessful.
After a period out of the game, Beale has now returned to management and appears to be enjoying his new role in Belgium. He has made a positive start to life with Zulte Waregem.
