Sean McCann, the younger brother of Madeleine McCann, will represent Scotland in swimming at the upcoming Commonwealth Games. The 21-year-old chemical engineering student has been selected to compete for the Scottish team.
Swimming events are scheduled to begin on Friday as part of the Games. McCann also has his sights set on a potential spot on Team GB for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
Madeleine McCann disappeared at the age of three from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in 2007.
