NBA star LeBron James reunited with former Los Angeles Lakers teammate Austin Reaves on Sunday, spending the day at a golf course. The outing included James' son, Bronny, and members of the "Bob Does Sports" YouTube channel, including Bobby Fairways, Joey Coldcuts, Fat Perez, and Binny the Jet.

The gathering occurred shortly after the Lakers' ownership transfer, which saw the team sold by Mark Walter to former Disney CEO Bob Iger and billionaire Josh Kushner. This sale marks the second time in approximately 18 months that the franchise has changed hands, previously being purchased from the Buss family by Walter.

James, who recently signed a two-year, $8 million deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, launched his own YouTube channel earlier this week. A video short posted to his channel showed the group on the golf course, with cameras present, suggesting a potential collaboration.

Both James and Reaves have had significant offseasons. James concluded a month-long free agency period by joining the 76ers. Reaves, meanwhile, secured a four-year, $180 million contract extension with the Lakers, becoming the richest contract ever signed by an undrafted player.

The Lakers now face a period of transition, with the upcoming 2026-27 season marking the first without James, who has been a prominent figure in the league. The team's performance will be under scrutiny as it solidifies its direction with Luka Doncic as a central player.
