The Los Angeles Lakers will open their NBA Cup Group Play schedule on October 30th with a road game against the Golden State Warriors. This matchup marks the fourth time the two teams will meet in October, with three other games already scheduled for the month.

The Lakers' NBA Cup Group Play slate was announced by the NBA on Wednesday and includes four games:

  • October 30: at Warriors
  • November 6: vs. Trail Blazers
  • November 20: vs. Kings
  • November 27: at Spurs

This game is part of a doubleheader for Amazon Prime's NBA Cup coverage, preceding the 76ers hosting the Knicks. The Lakers also have preseason exhibitions against the Warriors on October 6th at Chase Center and October 13th in Las Vegas, in addition to the regular season opener against the Warriors on October 21st.

The group play stage of the NBA's fourth annual in-season tournament will run from October 30th through November 27th. The single-elimination knockout round is scheduled for December 4th through December 9th.
