Knicks Unveil Diamond-Studded Championship Rings
Jason of Beverly Hills designs intricate rings featuring a miniature Madison Square Garden and personalized engravings to commemorate the team's NBA title.
The New York Knicks were presented with their 2026 NBA championship rings during the team's 2026-2027 season home opener against the Philadelphia 76ers. Designed by Jason Arasheben of Jason of Beverly Hills, each ring is adorned with nearly 800 diamonds and blue sapphires, totaling 22 carats, and set in white gold.
A central mechanism allows for a miniature re-creation of Madison Square Garden's exterior to be revealed with a turn. The design twists open to display a detailed miniature of the arena's lower bowl, while the underside of the removable ring top showcases the Garden's distinctive ceiling architecture.
"The ring was designed to capture the team’s identity and the defining moments of its title run," Arasheben stated. Player jersey numbers representing the championship roster encircle the top of the ring. A 0.16-carat diamond signifies the Knicks' 16-point comeback in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, and 16 emerald-cut diamonds along the inner bezel honor the team's postseason victories.
The shank of the ring is engraved with the phrase "Knicks in five," alongside the team's motto, "10 weeks," which refers to their commitment to sacrifice, discipline, and focus on winning the championship.
Jason of Beverly Hills is known for crafting championship jewelry, having previously designed rings for the Carolina Hurricanes, as well as bespoke pieces for the NFL, WNBA, and MLB. The jeweler also created a unique design for Tom Brady's Netflix roast.
"What makes this ring unique from others I’ve created is how every detail — from the combination of round brilliant and emerald-cut diamonds with radially set blue sapphires to the individual player tributes and championship milestones — tells a story that is distinctly New York Knicks," Arasheben added.
The Knicks concluded their 2025-2026 season by winning 13 consecutive playoff games, ending the franchise's 53-year championship drought. The team defeated the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
A limited-edition design inspired by the championship ring is available for purchase, starting at $20,000, with other items in the collection ranging from $299 to $15,995.
