Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is reportedly being considered for a role in broadcasting NFL Network games this upcoming season. ESPN, which acquired NFL Network earlier this year, is finalizing its announcing teams for games the network will broadcast.
While the primary commentary teams for these games are expected to be Dave Pasch and Kurt Warner, and Bob Wischusen and Louis Riddick, there may be an opening for Kelce. According to Front Office Sports, Kelce's potential involvement is still fluid and no final decisions have been made.
The NFL Network is scheduled to broadcast seven games this season, including several international matchups. These include three games in London: Colts vs. Commanders, Eagles vs. Jaguars, and Texans vs. Jaguars. Additionally, the network will carry Steelers vs. Saints from Paris and Bengals vs. Falcons from Madrid. The network will also broadcast two Saturday games in Week 16, with the matchups yet to be determined.
Kelce, who retired after the 2024 NFL season, has been working with ESPN for two seasons. He is a co-host of the popular "New Heights" podcast with his brother Travis and has been a regular on ESPN's pre-game show, "Monday Night Countdown." He has also hosted a five-episode late-night talk show on ESPN+.
