WWE Women's United States Champion Jacy Jayne is preparing for her debut in the Money in the Bank ladder match with the ambition of securing the briefcase and earning a championship opportunity. While she has a strategy for the match, Jayne has kept the specifics private, emphasizing her familiarity with her opponents.

"I definitely have a strategy. I’m not going to tell you what it is," Jayne told OutKick Dropkick. "You gotta watch the match to find out. But I know all the girls in this match very, very well. I’ve been working with them for years. So, I’ve definitely been watching tape back to refresh my memory, like, this person moves like this. This person does this, let me watch out for that."

Jayne, who aims to be known as "JC in the Bank," stated that any women's world champion is a potential target. She indicated that WWE Women's Champion Chelsea Green, who also appears on SmackDown, would be an opportune target, but stressed that all champions are on her radar.

"Everyone’s a target. I want to keep everyone’s head on a swivel. I want them to not know what way I’m coming, when I’m coming. I might pretend I’m going to cash in 52 times before I actually cash in," she said. "I want people to be paranoid – terrified, paranoid, all of the above. I want to be the most obnoxious human being alive with this briefcase."

Jayne was the NXT women's champion before being called up to the main roster in April, debuting on SmackDown with her stablemates Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. She expressed that she felt she was ready for the main roster call-up.

"When you believe in yourself, you can accomplish crazy things," Jayne said. "You almost fake it ‘til you make it in a way. I knew I was ready. There were times in the past that I was like, ‘I’m ready, I’m ready,’ but I wasn’t ready. This time, I really knew I was ready and when I got that opportunity, I was not going to lighten up."

Following her arrival on SmackDown, Jayne secured the Women's U.S. title from Tiffany Stratton. She also witnessed her stablemates Henley and Reid achieve success, winning tag team titles.

"I felt like a, especially with Lainey because she’s so new coming into this (and) hasn’t been wrestling that long, I felt like a proud mom watching her win the title," she told OutKick Dropkick. "I feel like I’ve seen them also struggle and doubt themselves. Everyone has their ups and downs, it’s inevitable. So, when you see people that you care about get to the next level and win, it’s very special and I’m glad to be a part of it."

Jayne will compete in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match on Saturday against Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend, and Tiffany Stratton. The event is scheduled to take place at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans and will air on Peacock at 8 p.m. ET.
