George Kittle Details Gruesome Bathroom Experience During 49ers' Victory

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle endured a difficult and unpleasant experience in the bathroom during his team's 32-29 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Kittle revealed the graphic details of his illness on the "Wife'd Up, Mic'd Up" podcast, hosted by his wife, Claire Kittle, and Kristin Juszczyk.

Kittle described feeling unwell during the game and sought relief in the bathroom just before halftime. "I was in the bathroom when we got that touchdown right before the half," Kittle said. "As I stand up, I projectile vomit. I’m standing with my pants around my ankles, I’m like, ‘You’ve got to be f–king kidding me.'"

He further elaborated on the discomfort, stating, "I puked on top of the poop. Yeah, it was disgusting. It’s a bad feeling. After that, I projectile-vomited for 10 minutes into a trash can." Despite the ordeal, Kittle received an IV during this time. Shortly after, he felt the urge to use the bathroom again.

Despite the severe illness, Kittle played the entire game, contributing five catches for 24 yards. His willingness to play through such discomfort highlights his dedication to the team. Kittle's candid and often humorous descriptions of his experiences have endeared him to fans, though this particular account offered a grim look at the realities of playing professional sports while severely ill.
