Formula 1's Azerbaijan Grand Prix Airs Saturday, With Apple TV Offering Free Trial Access

The 2026 Formula 1 season continues this weekend with a rare Saturday race: the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. The event, held at the Baku City Circuit, is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26, beginning at 7 a.m. ET.
This year's Grand Prix has been moved up one day from its traditional Sunday slot to accommodate Azerbaijan's national Remembrance Day, observed on Sept. 27.
The Azerbaijan Grand Prix is a 190.170-mile race spanning 51 laps around the 3.730-mile street circuit, which features 20 turns. Mercedes driver George Russell secured pole position after completing his qualifying run with a time 0.837 seconds faster than Ferrari's Charles Leclerc.
