The New York Knicks' history is filled with moments of brilliance and near-championships, prompting a debate about which team is the greatest to never win it all. The new "Knicks History Files" mini-series, presented by NY Got Game, aims to settle this long-standing question.

In its premiere episode, host Dexter Henry is joined by Jonathan Macri of Knicks Film School to analyze six pivotal Knicks teams. The candidates under scrutiny include the 1992–93 and 1993–94 teams, the 1996–97 squad, the 1998–99 team that reached the NBA Finals, and the current and upcoming 2023–24 and 2024–25 rosters.

Henry and Macri will examine each team's regular-season performance, roster depth, star power, offensive and defensive capabilities, the strength of their postseason competition, and the specific circumstances that ultimately derailed their championship aspirations. After presenting their cases and evidence, both hosts will offer their final verdicts, leaving the ultimate decision to the fans.
