Dodgers and Brewers Kick Off NLCS Rematch Tonight
Los Angeles and Milwaukee face off for the second consecutive year in the National League Championship Series, with Game 1 airing on FOX.
The Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers are set to renew their rivalry tonight, Oct. 11, as they begin the National League Championship Series for the second year in a row. The best-of-7 series will determine which team advances to the 2026 World Series.
Game 1 is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on FOX. Viewers without cable can stream the game for free through a five-day trial of DIRECTV's Choice package, which includes FOX.
Last season, the Dodgers swept the Brewers in four games en route to their second consecutive World Series title. This year, both teams proved their strength during the regular season, with the Brewers finishing with the best record in Major League Baseball at 103-59, and the Dodgers as the only other team to surpass 100 wins.
In the National League Division Series, the Dodgers defeated the Atlanta Braves, and the Brewers advanced past the San Diego Padres.
The NLCS opens with a notable pitching matchup. Tarik Skubal, acquired midseason by the Dodgers, will start for Los Angeles, holding a 12-7 record with a 2.72 ERA. The Brewers will counter with Jacob Misiorowski, who posted a 16-5 record and a 1.80 ERA during the regular season.
