Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark celebrated her boyfriend Connor McCaffery's 28th birthday with a public tribute. Clark shared a series of black-and-white images of the couple on her Instagram account.
"Happyyyyy Birthdayyyy Con [white heart emojis] I love celebrating you always and can’t wait to see what this year brings you , ilyyy [flaming heart emoji]," Clark captioned the post.
Clark and McCaffery, the son of Penn basketball coach Fran McCaffery, began their relationship while both were playing basketball at the University of Iowa. They have remained together as they pursued professional careers in Indianapolis.
McCaffery recently began a new role in the same building as Clark, having been hired in June as a player development coach for the Indiana Pacers' G-League team, the Noblesville Pros. He had previously been on the basketball coaching staff at Butler University in Indianapolis and had worked with the Pacers in 2023.
The couple made their relationship public in August 2023, after starting to date in April 2023. Clark marked their three-year anniversary in April by posting to Instagram, "three years with my fav [white heart emojis] you're the bestttt :)"
Clark recently returned to the Fever lineup after a two-game absence due to a back injury. In her last game, she scored 12 points, adding seven rebounds and six assists in a 109-75 victory over the Las Vegas Aces.
