LIV Golf player Bryson DeChambeau has been linked to social media personality and former hockey goalie Mikayla Demaiter, sparking speculation among fans.
The rumors gained traction after Demaiter was seen wearing an LIV guest pass at the LIV Golf New York tournament at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster. She was also photographed wearing a Crushers GC hat, the team captained by DeChambeau.
Further fueling the speculation, Demaiter recently shared a selfie taken in a closet filled with sneakers and hats, which fans interpreted as potentially being in DeChambeau's home. She also posted a photo of an ocean-side golf course on her Instagram story.
Neither DeChambeau, 32, nor Demaiter, 26, have publicly confirmed a relationship.
Demaiter, who previously played goalie for the Bluewater Hawks in the Provincial Women's Hockey League, retired from hockey at age 19 due to injury and to pursue a career in social media and modeling. She has since amassed over three million followers on Instagram.
DeChambeau has reportedly been single for years. His last confirmed relationship was with Hunter Nugent, a former University of Texas golfer, with their split reported in September 2022.
DeChambeau has faced challenges on the golf course this year, missing cuts at the Masters, PGA Championship, and U.S. Open. He finished tied for 14th at the Open Championship in July, a performance that included a two-shot penalty during the second round for inadvertently improving the area of his intended swing.
