Ring of Honor's Death Before Dishonor event took place Friday night at the iconic 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. The show featured several high-stakes matches, including championship defenses by Bandido and Athena.

Bandido successfully defended his Ring of Honor World Championship against Nick Wayne in a bout that saw both wrestlers sustain visible damage. Wayne was left bloodied after contact with the arena's steel steps. The match culminated in a sequence of suplexes and high-impact moves, with Wayne executing a crucifix driver and Bandido countering with a poisonrana. Ultimately, Bandido secured the victory with a roll-up pin after Wayne attempted his Prodigy Plex.

Athena continued her lengthy reign as ROH Women's World Champion, defeating Hazuki from Stardom. The match was a physically demanding contest, with both competitors taking significant punishment. Athena endured a splash on the announce table and a suplex on the entrance ramp. Despite interference from her allies Billie Starkz and Diamanté, Athena secured the win with her O-Face maneuver. Her championship reign now extends to 1,350 days.

Two ROH championships changed hands during the event. Action Andretti defeated Lio Rush in a Fight Without Honor match to capture the ROH TV Championship. The bout concluded with Andretti delivering a 450 splash through a table onto Rush.

In the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship match, The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd) and Dalton Castle defended their titles against Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, and Lee Johnson). Christian secured the pinfall for Lethal Twist with assistance from Lethal on the outside, thus winning the championship.

Other notable results from the event included Deonna Purrazzo retaining the ROH Women's Pure Championship against Steph De Lander, and Red Velvet retaining the ROH Women’s TV Championship against Skye Blue, Marina Shafir, and Zayda Steel. Lee Moriarty successfully defended the ROH Pure Championship against Katsuyori Shibata. The ROH World Tag Team Championship was retained by Místico and Máscara Dorada against four other teams.
