World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka is unwinding in Greece with fiancé Georgios Frangulis following her unexpected early exit from Wimbledon. Sabalenka lost to Naomi Osaka in the Round of 16, prompting a getaway to the Greek islands.

Sabalenka, 28, shared moments from her vacation on Instagram, including photos of herself and Frangulis, 37, by the water and on a boat. She captioned one post with "dress code = 👙." The tennis star also posted images of sunset dinners and drinks, referring to the trip as "paradise."

A "Welcome Champion!" sign was also visible in one of the shared photos, accompanied by a fruit platter. Sabalenka and Frangulis were first seen together in April 2024, a month after the March 2024 death of her ex-boyfriend, Konstantin Koltsov. The couple became engaged in March, with Sabalenka showcasing a 12-carat oval-cut diamond ring.

This holiday serves as a significant break for Sabalenka as she approaches the hard court season, where she typically performs strongly. She is currently seeking her first Grand Slam title of the year, having fallen short in Australia, at Roland Garros, and most recently at Wimbledon. Sabalenka's pursuit of a Grand Slam title has faced challenges, including losses to Elena Rybakina in Australia and a failure to reach the finals at the French Open and Wimbledon, tournaments she has yet to win. After previous disappointments, Sabalenka had expressed feelings of wanting to "quit tennis" and "go and get completely drunk, forget about tennis."

Sabalenka is the two-time defending champion at the upcoming U.S. Open and will aim to secure a third consecutive title.
