49ers vs. Seahawks: How to Watch Sunday's NFC West Showdown

Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers are set to face Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Lumen Field in Seattle for a Week 5 contest. The game is scheduled to kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on FOX.

This NFC West rivalry game is being billed as a potential preview of the NFC Championship, given the recent history and standing of both teams. The last time these two clubs met, during the Divisional Round of the 2026 NFL playoffs, the Seahawks defeated the 49ers 41-6 on their way to winning the Super Bowl.

Despite the Seahawks' recent success against the 49ers, oddsmakers are favoring Seattle by three points for this upcoming game. Analysts suggest that while the Seahawks possess strong playmakers, the 49ers have enough offensive talent to pose a significant challenge.

For fans looking to watch the game without cable, DIRECTV offers a five-day free trial. Their MySports Genre Pack or MyNews Genre Pack, both priced at $49.99/month and $39.99/month respectively, include FOX and over 20 sports-focused channels, allowing viewers to stream the game live.
