Rachel Uchitel has unveiled the results of a $100,000 plastic surgery transformation aimed at reversing the effects of years of cosmetic fillers. The podcaster and former associate of Tiger Woods, 51, underwent a deep-plane facelift, brow lift, under-eye fat transfer, chin fat transfer, and a nose revision in August.
Uchitel stated she had previously "f***ed up her face" with excessive fillers and spent two weeks having them dissolved before her surgery. Dr. Ira Savetsky, the surgeon who performed the procedures, noted that Uchitel's goal was to move away from an overfilled appearance and achieve a more natural, balanced look. He described the process as technically demanding due to scar tissue and adhesions from previous treatments, with residual filler still present during surgery.
Instead of adding more fillers, Dr. Savetsky used Uchitel's own fat to restore volume in her temples, midface, under-eye area, and chin. Microfat was used for structural volume, while nanofat aimed to improve skin quality. Uchitel expressed satisfaction with the results, noting that people compliment her on looking "refreshed" rather than having had work done.
"There's so much shame around ageing and beauty, and what is beautiful and what is natural, right? And you should feel good about wanting to maintain whatever level you want to maintain yourself," Uchitel told the Daily Mail. "I'm 51. I just got married. I care about what I look like."
Dr. Savetsky observed that Uchitel's desire for a more natural look reflects a broader trend in aesthetic surgery, with patients increasingly seeking to restore their natural facial contours rather than opting for exaggerated features. He added, "Rachel didn't want a new face. She wanted her own face back."
Uchitel has been documenting her recovery on social media. She also recently underwent buttock sculpting injections prior to her New Year's Eve wedding to CEO Dan Donovan.
