Motley Crue singer Vince Neil's girlfriend, Rain Hannah, has been arrested in connection with an alleged domestic assault at the singer's Tennessee home. Hannah, 45, was taken into custody on Sunday and released on $5,000 bond on Monday, according to inmate records. She is scheduled to appear in court on December 3, 2026.
A source told TMZ that the alleged assault occurred after an argument between Hannah and Neil, 65, resulting in damage to Neil's home and person. Representatives for Hannah, Neil, and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office have not yet commented.
Neil and Hannah, a makeup artist, had reportedly ended their 15-year relationship in May 2025, though an insider later told TMZ that the couple had rekindled their romance in June of that year. In February 2025, Hannah was involved in a plane crash on Neil's private jet, which resulted in the pilot's death and left Hannah with broken bones.
This incident follows Neil's own health concerns. The singer suffered a stroke in December 2024, which initially raised questions about his ability to perform. The stroke led to a required medical procedure that delayed a Las Vegas residency. Neil has since returned to the stage, with bandmate Nikki Sixx telling USA Today last month that Neil's health remains a primary concern, but that he was dedicated to performing well during their recent Las Vegas shows.
