Unreleased Ozzy Osbourne Tracks Poised for Release Alongside Biopic
Previously unheard songs recorded with producer Andrew Watt may accompany the upcoming film about the rock legend's life.
Two previously unheard tracks by Ozzy Osbourne are reportedly slated for release, potentially coinciding with the upcoming biographical film about his life. The songs were secretly recorded with producer Andrew Watt during sessions for Osbourne's 2022 album, Patient Number 9.
These recordings, described as still being works in progress, have not yet been heard by Osbourne's widow, Sharon Osbourne. A source indicated that the final mixes have not been completed and that the tracks are being considered for inclusion in the biopic.
Sharon and Jack Osbourne are spearheading the development of the film, with Sony Studios currently seeking directors. Jack Osbourne recently expressed excitement about potential casting, stating that significant conversations have occurred. He emphasized the project's goal is to honor his father's legacy and provide entertainment for fans, avoiding an overly artistic or esoteric approach.
Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76. His last public performance was at Villa Park in Birmingham.
