Singer Tulisa Contostavlos recently showcased her figure in a vibrant pink bandeau halter top and a white satin skirt during an outing at Sexy Fish in Manchester. The ensemble featured a large rose adornment on the bust and a high split skirt, highlighting her toned physique.

Contostavlos, 37, paired the outfit with cream peeptoe heels and a complementary handbag, accessorizing with gold hoop earrings and a Van Cleef bracelet. The public appearance followed recent personal revelations from the artist.

In a candid health update shared with her fans last month, Contostavlos disclosed that she experienced a Bell's palsy attack in April, leading to short-term paralysis. She also underwent surgery to remove three cysts from her cheek, an operation that resulted in a black eye for over a week. The singer explained that the stress and emotional turmoil of learning her best friend, Michelle, had been diagnosed with aggressive cancer on the same day as her surgery triggered the Bell's palsy attack.

During this period, Contostavlos also navigated nicotine withdrawal after quitting smoking, a process she described as "HELLISH." She had also cancelled a recent egg retrieval due to low egg count, attributing it to her body's state. Despite these challenges, she expressed gratitude for the successful cyst removal, thanking surgeon Darryl Coombes and Dr. Al.

Contostavlos shared her experiences on Instagram, aiming for authenticity and to offer inspiration. She reflected on the "highs and lows" of her recent life, emphasizing resilience and the importance of mental well-being. She noted that her inner work over the past six months had improved her emotional and nervous system regulation, allowing her to "bounce back quicker" from difficulties.

The artist previously spoke about her history with Bell's palsy, which she first experienced at age 24. This led to a cycle of cosmetic fillers in an attempt to rebalance her face, which she stated caused significant inflammation and swelling, particularly peaking during N-Dubz's reunion tour in 2022.
