Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, have been ordered to leave the reality star’s Los Angeles home following an alleged violent altercation. Dual temporary restraining orders were granted, requiring the father and daughter to vacate Sandoval’s residence immediately.
According to court documents, Victoria and Will are permitted to take only personal clothing and essential belongings until a scheduled hearing. They are also mandated to remain 100 yards away from Sandoval, including his home, workplace, and vehicle. The orders further prohibit them from possessing any firearms.
The temporary restraining orders are set to expire on July 16, with a further hearing scheduled for that date. Representatives for Victoria and Will Robinson were not immediately available for comment, and a representative for Sandoval did not respond to requests for comment.
News of the restraining orders surfaced Thursday, with reports indicating that Sandoval, 43, served Victoria, 33, with an order on June 3. This followed her arrest the same day for allegedly attacking Sandoval. Victoria was released on June 3 after posting bond.
Sandoval’s legal filings claim that an argument erupted with Will Robinson after an evening of drinking. He alleges that Will punched a hole in a spare bedroom wall and then grabbed him. Sandoval stated that after barricading himself in the room, Will entered and allegedly punched him, causing injuries to his ear and neck and blurred vision. Sandoval claims he sustained bruising near his temple and eyebrow ridge, and bled from his ear and neck as a result of the alleged assault. He also reported persistent mouth pain for two weeks, prompting an emergency room visit.
Sandoval also recounted a decision to take a jailhouse call from Victoria’s mother and lend her bail money, which he said he deeply regrets. He further alleged a pattern of violence in his two-year relationship with Victoria, claiming she had punched him, thrown a full bottle of Gatorade at him, and subjected him to verbal abuse. Sandoval stated that Victoria and Will continued to reside in his rented home at his expense following the alleged encounter, leaving him feeling “completely displaced.” He has reportedly been staying with friends and in hotels since the incident.
Sandoval expressed grave concern for his safety and well-being, stating he feared returning to the residence while Victoria and her father remained there, as he lacked alternative long-term accommodations.
Sandoval and Robinson, a model, began dating in 2024, nearly a year after his split from Ariana Madix. An insider reported in February 2024 that the couple had been dating for approximately one month. In December 2024, breakup rumors surfaced after Victoria seemingly accused Sandoval of cheating on social media, prompting Sandoval to remove photos of her from his profile. Victoria later retracted her claims, apologizing for a “true misjudgment.”
