TikTok personality Marcel Johnson, a father of five, died on Monday at the age of 32 following a battle with stage four stomach cancer. His wife, Taylor, announced the news on Instagram, writing that she had "lost a whole entire half of me" and that Johnson "fought so hard for so long." She described him as "so tired & exhausted & in so much pain."

Taylor Johnson stated that her husband's "only words" to her the day before his death were "I'm ready to go," though he continued to fight for more time. She expressed disbelief and profound grief over his passing, stating that "life will absolutely never ever be the same."

A GoFundMe page established to support Johnson and his family during his illness confirmed his death, noting that he "beat the odds the doctor gave him but ultimately he was at peace and ready to not be in pain." The fundraiser has garnered over $372,000, with proceeds now directed to Taylor and their five sons.

Johnson had been documenting his cancer journey on social media since his diagnosis in August 2025. In September, he shared that he had stopped treatment after 25 rounds of chemotherapy due to weakness, and that hospice had been in contact daily as he had "no more options."

In mid-October, Johnson posted a video of himself traveling with his wife to the City of Hope Medical Center in California. Ten days later, he shared that he had received answers he needed and would be returning home to "see how long we can hang in there." His final social media post, on October 25, showed him smiling at home with one of his sons.
