The Veronicas clarified through their official Instagram channels that they were not the individuals in the video, emphasizing their willingness to engage with fans.
"PSA: NO THIS IS NOT US. YES we will ALWAYS have a photo with you," the Origliasso sisters stated in a comment on the viral post, which they also shared on their own account to clear up the confusion.
The video actually featured Indian socialites Snehal and Jyoti Babani, sisters known for their resemblance and matching designer outfits, who maintain a popular Instagram account under the name Snejyo. Fashion influencer Aleksandra Drier approached the Babani sisters outside a runway show seeking a selfie, only to be told, "Not with us. You can't take a photo with us." The encounter sparked backlash online, with many social media users labeling the women "rude" and "mean."
