The video also features a storyline where Swift's character, the late wife of Farrell's character, returns from the dead to warn Johnson's character about his deceptive nature.
The "Patient Zero" video delves into dramatic scenes, including passionate moments between Johnson and Farrell, as well as a forbidden kiss between Farrell and Cara Delevingne, who portrays the 'other woman.' Swift also appears in the video as the deceased wife, singing lyrics that foreshadow trouble.
