The gala provided a stage for several high-profile figures, including Kim Kardashian, who opted for a classic Old Hollywood glamour look with a frilly strapless dress and a baby pink bow detail. This year's gala honored Charlize Theron with the Icon Award, Colman Domingo with the Vantage Award, and John Carpenter with the Luminary Award. Academy Museum president Amy Homma praised Swift as an 'extraordinary talent whose work resonates around the world,' expressing excitement for her performance to close the event.
