Taylor Sheridan's 'Landman' Season 3 Filming Underway at TCU
Production for the Paramount+ series has set up shop on the Fort Worth campus, with dozens of cheerleaders spotted on set.

Filming for the third season of Taylor Sheridan's Western drama "Landman" is currently underway at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth. The production has been observed on campus with approximately 30 cheerleaders present, indicating that the college-themed storyline involving the character Ainsley Norris continues to be a focal point for the season.
"Landman," based on the Texas Monthly article "The Land Man" by Stephen, chronicles the gritty world of oil rigs and the complex family dynamics tied to the industry. The series stars Billy Bob Thornton as grizzled, mercenary roughneck Tommy Norris, a man working for a Texas oil dynasty in 1980s West Texas. It also features Ali Larter, Michelle Randolph, Jacob Lofland, Kayla Wallace, and James Jordan.
Season 2 of "Landman" is slated to premiere on Paramount+ later in 2024. The series was renewed for a third season prior to the debut of its second season.
