The 2026 Pride of Britain Awards brought together a constellation of stars at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Monday night. Among the glamorous attendees were host Carol Vorderman, presenters Olivia Attwood and Cat Deeley, and reality stars Zara McDermott and Charlotte Crosby, all adorned in striking evening wear.
Vorderman, 65, opted for a glitzy black off-the-shoulder gown and debuted a darker hair color, while Attwood, 35, wore a silk red and black halterneck dress. McDermott, 29, chose a strapless black number, and Deeley, 49, impressed in a sheer nude dress. Coronation Street's Helen Flanagan, 36, also made a statement in a strapless black gown, and Charlotte Crosby, 36, arrived in a sweeping pink gown.
Other notable guests included Davina McCall, 59, in a nude corset-style dress with a black skirt, and former Made In Chelsea star Ashley James, 39, channeling old Hollywood glamour in a red silk dress. Love Islanders Samie Elishi and Tyrique Hyde were also in attendance, shortly after announcing they are expecting their first child.
The event, co-hosted by Carol Vorderman and Ashley Banjo, celebrates the nation's unsung heroes. While the red carpet showcased celebrity fashion, the ceremony itself, which will be televised on Thursday at 8 p.m., honors individuals recognized for their bravery and contributions.
This year's award recipients include Andrew Franks, who received the Outstanding Bravery award for intervening during a 2025 terror attack in Manchester. The Lifetime Achievement award was presented to Asif Hasan, a heart surgeon credited with saving hundreds of critically ill children. The King's Trust Young Achiever award went to Brandon Hulcoop, a visually impaired entrepreneur.
Elaine Oakey received the P&O Cruises Inspiration Award for her decade-long work transforming the lives of young amputees through football, inspired by her son Jamie. Gregor Corse won the Good Morning Britain Young Fundraiser of the Year award for raising £80,000 for charity through inspirational walking challenges.
Carol Vorderman shared her enthusiasm for hosting, calling it one of the greatest privileges of her life and expressing her continued humility towards the winners' extraordinary stories of courage, kindness, and determination. Ashley Banjo echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the privilege of celebrating and recognizing the true stars of the night.
