Sienna Miller's mother, Josephine, has responded to an online troll who made a disparaging remark about the actress's appearance. The incident occurred as Miller, 44, attended a press night for "Abigail's Party" at London's Harold Pinter Theatre.

While Miller posed for photographs, one individual commented, "Red blood shot eyes!" In response, Josephine Miller, a former model and personal assistant to David Bowie, defended her daughter, stating, "How about breastfeeding a baby on demand throughout the night?"

The event marked a rare public appearance for Miller, who welcomed her third child in April with fiancé Oli Green, 29. The couple became engaged two months later. Miller also has a 14-year-old daughter, Marlowe, from a previous relationship with actor Tom Sturridge.

During an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" in May, just three weeks after giving birth, Miller spoke about the exhaustion of new motherhood. She described the challenges of stringing sentences together due to lack of sleep but expressed deep love for her baby. When asked about which child was more demanding, she stated that her toddler was currently more challenging than her teenage daughter.

In a separate interview with Vogue, Miller reflected on her recent postpartum experience, describing it as "bliss." She had previously considered that she might not have another child after her first, making the surprise arrival a "bonus" that left her "euphoric" and "existentially relieved."
