Delevingne welcomed her daughter, Kaia Moon, in May 2025 with partner Archie Keswick. She has spoken about how pregnancy led her to embrace food cravings and temporarily forgo her usual workouts after years of modeling for brands like Burberry and Louis Vuitton. She noted a shift in focus from maintaining a slender physique to accepting her post-pregnancy body.
Delevingne has expressed contentment with her changed body, stating she feels "really sexy" with her new curves. She and Keswick became publicly involved in July 2024, following their meeting at a wedding in October 2023.
