Nicole Scherzinger, 48, was seen in Paris with her fiancé Thom Evans, 41, on Sunday, stepping out for a date night. Scherzinger wore a sheer mini-dress and a black beret, while Evans donned beige trousers and a matching jacket.
The couple, who announced their engagement in June 2023, were seen walking hand-in-hand as they departed Hotel Costes. Scherzinger recently shared a social media clip playfully addressing questions about wedding plans.
This outing follows recent difficulties for Scherzinger's music group, The Pussycat Dolls. The band announced a comeback with their first single in six years, but were forced to cancel the entire U.S. leg of their reunion tour due to low ticket sales. The tour was originally planned for 53 dates across the UK, Europe, and North America.
In a significant blow, 33 dates planned for the U.S. and Canada were scrapped after arenas reportedly remained 80% empty. Despite attempts to lower ticket prices to $30, organizers ultimately canceled the North American shows, with the first scheduled for June 5 in Palm Desert, California. The band cited a difficult decision after an honest look at the North American run, canceling all but one of the planned dates.
While the North American dates were canceled, the band stated that their UK and European shows are still proceeding as planned, noting an "incredible" response with several sold-out dates. The trio began their tour in Copenhagen in September, with subsequent shows in Paris, Warsaw, and the UK.
The Pussycat Dolls' comeback has also been marked by controversy regarding the exclusion of founding members Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta, and Melody Thornton. Bachar and Sutta have stated they were not contacted about the reunion and learned of the plans publicly, with Sutta describing it as a "cash grab." Bachar expressed that the trio's decision was "disappointing on a personal level" but affirmed her pride in her role within the group's history. She added that her intention in speaking out was to honor the truth and the fans, emphasizing her focus on wellbeing and positivity.
