Natalie Portman has welcomed her third child, her first with partner Tanguy Destable. A source confirmed the arrival to People.

Portman, 46, and Destable, a musician known as Tepr, have largely kept their relationship private since they began dating in early 2025. The actress publicly announced her pregnancy the following year.

"Tanguy and I are very excited," Portman told Harper's Bazaar in April, describing the experience of expanding her family as a "privilege" and a "miracle." She indicated that this would likely be her last pregnancy, adding, "There’s a calm [this time] and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me."

She debuted her baby bump in Paris the same day she spoke with Harper's Bazaar. Portman has resided in France since leaving the United States in 2014 with her then-husband, Benjamin Millepied.

The couple married two years before their separation. Portman and Millepied share two children: son Aleph, born in August 2012, and daughter Amalia, born in February 2017. The divorce was finalized in February 2024, following their separation in 2023. Millepied's alleged affair with climate activist Camille Étienne was cited as the reason for the split.

Portman and Destable were first seen together in March 2025. Destable, who also has two sons, Étienne and Vadim, from a previous relationship with actress Louise Bourgoin, was born in 2016 and 2020, respectively.
