Naomi Watts and her daughter Kai Schreiber are featured as the new faces of the Simkhai fall 2026 campaign. The actress, 57, and Schreiber, 17, appeared in new images shared by the luxury fashion brand on Tuesday.
One photograph captured Watts in a textured black dress with a jewel-covered collar, accessorized with black sunglasses, against a white backdrop. Schreiber was depicted in a sleek brown and black calf hair mini dress and a matching handbag.
The campaign, shot by Mikael Jansson with styling by Camilla Nickerson, also includes models Awar Odhiang, Sage Elsesser, Malcolm McRae, and Betsey Gaghan. Images show Watts and Schreiber posing in structured white dresses, with Watts wearing a strapless feathered frock and Schreiber in a fringed number.
A black and white image features Watts in an oversized button-up shirt and wide-leg denim trousers. Watts, who shares Kai with ex Liev Schreiber, also has a 19-year-old son, Sasha.
Watts shared her positive experience working with designer Jonathan Simkhai. "I had worked with Jonathan previously and have a wonderful relationship with him, and when he asked us to both do this campaign, it just felt right," she told Elle magazine. "We respect the brand, we love the clothes, we love him, and it ended up being an all-around incredible experience for both of us."
She also expressed confidence in Kai's fashion sense, stating, "If I have an event to go to, I always get her to weigh in on my look. I think she’s got a really, really good eye – a much better eye than me, when I was her age anyway. I think she has a natural understanding of fashion and what looks good on my body."
Watts described Kai's personal style as "Kate Moss boho chic."
Schreiber has recently gained prominence in the fashion industry, walking for Dutch couture designer Iris van Herpen at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week in July. Her runway debut was with Valentino during Paris Fashion Week in March 2025. In an interview with Interview magazine last year, Schreiber stated her lifelong ambition was a modeling career.
Schreiber, who is transgender, reflected on her journey, suggesting that her struggles with gender identity influenced her desire to become a "beautiful, glamorous woman." She expressed aspirations to be a "supermodel" and shared that she practiced runway walks for years, with her mother filming them.
Watts reshared the brand's campaign posts on her personal Instagram account.
