Nadiya Bychkova, 36, posted a studio reel ahead of Saturday night’s launch show for Strictly Come Dancing, showing off a toned figure in a black underwear set from sustainable label Step One. The Strictly professional wore a SmoothFit padded bra and matching black bikini briefs, paired with black boots, and moved to upbeat music with spins, twirls and high kicks that highlighted her flexibility.
The post comes as Bychkova addresses her dating life. She revealed she is avoiding dating apps after splitting from fellow Strictly pro Kai Widdrington in June 2024. Kai has since gone Instagram official with new girlfriend Chloe Wells. At the launch of Neer, a new social networking app, Bychkova explained why she has moved away from online dating, saying she believes conversations in person matter more than swiping on a screen; she noted that, with busy lives, comfort and connection on and off the dance floor matter.
In the meantime, Kai and Chloe’s romance has attracted attention. Reports described their relationship as private, following public focus on Kai’s past relationship with Nadiya. A friend told The Sun that the couple are moving forward and plan to move in together in the coming months. Kai has also shared posts signaling happiness with Chloe, including a message that fans interpreted as celebrating the new partnership.
