Molly-Mae Hague's £3.8M Mansion Remains Empty Amid Rental Offer Rejections
Reality TV star opts against renting out her former Cheshire home, citing emotional attachment and security concerns.
Molly-Mae Hague has revealed that her £3.8 million, six-bedroom mansion in Cheshire, which she purchased in April 2022, has been vacant for approximately a year. The influencer, 27, has been utilizing the property intermittently as a 'content house' but has recently turned down rental offers.
Molly explained her reluctance to rent or sell the home, stating it is "too special" and that the "idea of having people living here is really scary." She acknowledged receiving a rental offer recently but withdrew from the agreement, noting that after taxes, the financial benefit did not feel substantial enough to warrant strangers living in the house.
She shared her feelings about returning to the empty property in a recent YouTube vlog, describing the experience as "weird" and "lonely," which made her emotional. Despite being the owner, the house has been empty since she and her partner, Tommy Fury, moved with their children, Bambi and Midas, into their new £5 million Victorian mansion.
The former residence holds significant memories for Hague, including Bambi's firsts and representing a "humongous achievement" for her. She considered renting it out but ultimately decided against it, preferring to have no one in it rather than someone who might not appreciate it.
Hague purchased the Cheshire home in 2022 and documented its extensive renovations, which included marble countertops, a home gym, and high-end dining chairs. The couple welcomed their daughter Bambi shortly after, with a nursery costing £9,500. The family later moved into their new seven-bedroom home, which features an indoor swimming pool, in mid-2025. Hague has been documenting the restoration of their new property room by room.
