Molly-Mae Hague navigates 'identity crisis' post-second child

Molly-Mae Hague was recently photographed shopping with her daughter, Bambi, in Knutsford, Cheshire. The outing comes as Hague, who welcomed her second child, Midas, in June, has spoken openly about experiencing an "identity crisis" in the months following the birth.

Hague, 27, discussed how postpartum hormones have affected her appearance, specifically noting a significant change in her hair color. "I have never known my hair to grow back as dark as it grows back these days, and I think it must be to do with pregnancy, to do with hormones," she stated, adding that she was heading to the hairdresser to have her roots recolored to blonde. She expressed feeling like a "different person" due to the darker hair growth, which she doesn't identify with as a "brunette."

The former Love Island star shared her feelings of disorientation in a recent YouTube video, saying, "I don't know who I am, what I want to be or anything. Like why is my hair so dark? Why do I look literally like a different person right now."

Hague has also been candid about her experiences with motherhood. She noted that the postpartum period with her second child has been less overwhelming than with her first, Bambi, who is now three. "The BEST part for me about doing this second time round is knowing wholeheartedly that every hard day, stage and chapter with your child is honestly just a phase," she posted on Instagram. She contrasted this with her feelings after Bambi's birth, recalling moments of feeling like "my life was over" and struggling to see a positive future.

"The peace I've felt this second time round, simply from knowing it's all going to be okay, has honestly changed everything," Hague added. She mentioned that the speed at which newborns grow also brings a sense of sadness.

Her recent comments follow earlier reports concerning her boyfriend, Tommy Fury. In October, Fury was reportedly asked to leave a Halloween event after allegedly intimidating staff. A source told The Sun that Fury appeared increasingly intoxicated and was "rudey to scare workers" at the Scare City theme park, with one employee claiming he lunged at her. A representative for Fury stated that he was engaged in "in a very jokey way" with staff members, and Scare City confirmed they are investigating the matter.
