Molly-Mae Hague Expresses Shame Over Poor Diet, Worries About Setting Bad Example

Molly-Mae Hague has voiced concerns about her "shameful" diet, admitting she fears she is setting a poor example for her three-year-old daughter, Bambi. In a recent YouTube vlog, the Love Island star, 27, disclosed that her unhealthy eating habits stem from "pure laziness" and that she "doesn't eat proper vegetables."

Hague, who also has a four-month-old son, Midas, with partner Tommy Fury, discussed her ongoing battle to overhaul her lifestyle. She acknowledged that while she intends to make changes "every morning," she frequently fails to follow through.

"It's one thing about me that like you guys probably don't even realize it's just not good," Hague said regarding her diet's impact on her and her children. "Like I don't I really really don't take care of my body in the way I should."

She described adopting a habit of "eating all I can describe as crap but like in small amounts," and admitted to snacking throughout the day rather than preparing proper meals. "I never ever properly cook for myself anymore," she stated.

Discussing her diet further, Hague shared a clip of herself eating sausage and mash with sweetcorn and broccoli, noting her lack of vegetable intake. "I don't eat proper vegetables. I don't eat proper nutrients. And I'm I'm over it to be honest," she confessed. "This is pure laziness because I couldn't bother to get a jug out... like, I never ever want to say the wrong thing. But honestly, guys, like I am really really ashamed of just my lifestyle in terms of diet."

Hague also spoke about her repeated failed attempts to change her eating habits. "I wake up every morning. I'm like I I'm like today's going to be the day... Today's going to be the day I'm going to make a change. And it just I don't make the change and I know that I can," she said. She referenced inspirational videos she watches online but finds herself making excuses to avoid implementing healthier choices.

Molly-Mae Hague has shed light on her 'shameful' diet and admitted she fears setting a bad example for her daughter Bambi, three.

In the same vlog, Hague revealed that her previous £3.8 million fully furnished mansion in Cheshire remains empty despite receiving rental offers. She explained that the six-bedroom property, purchased in April 2022, has been vacant for a year, though she has used it periodically as a "content house."

Hague expressed her reluctance to sell the home, calling it "too special," and has rejected rental offers, deeming them "not worth it." She admitted the idea of strangers living in the house makes her feel "scared."

Molly-Mae admitted she 'doesn't want to sell' the home due to it being 'too special' and has turned down rental offers because it's 'not worth it' and the 'idea of having people living here is really scary'.

She and her family have since moved into a new £5 million Victorian mansion featuring seven bedrooms and an indoor swimming pool.

"I'm just back at my old house that no one's seen for probably over a year now," Hague said during the tour. "God, this is weird. This is really weird. It's very empty. It's very lonely here and it does make me very emotional coming back here."

She further explained that she still owns the house but is uncertain about her plans for it, noting that while she had been close to accepting a rental offer, the financial returns after tax did not seem worthwhile. "I don't really know what my plan is. But for me at the minute, like I'd rather have no one in it than someone in it that may not appreciate it and when it doesn't even really feel that worth it," she concluded.
