Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, 43, announced on Instagram that she declined an invitation to participate in the recent Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, an event she first walked in 20 years prior. The mother of four expressed gratitude for her time with the brand, stating, "It meant so much to be invited to return this year, especially as it marks 20 years since my first show…. but I ultimately felt in my heart it was right to cherish this chapter as it was."
Kerr shared a series of throwback photos from her time as a Victoria's Secret Angel, reflecting on the "friendships, the magical memories and for everyone who made that chapter of my life so special." She sent "so much love and light to everyone in this year's show!"
Her announcement was met with supportive comments from fellow celebrities and fans. Victoria's Secret model Elsa Hosk, who appeared in the show, commented on Kerr's post, while the brand's official page responded, "Always an Angel to us."
Kerr spent the evening reposting highlights from the show and shared a lighthearted video of herself walking in a silk robe and heels in her living room, humorously captioning it, "Now on my way to put my kids to bed."
The supermodel's last runway appearance was at Paris Fashion Week for the Stella McCartney 2027 womenswear show.
