Miranda Hart Eliminated on Celebrity Traitors
The comedian became the latest Faithful to be murdered by the Traitors Maya Jama, James Acaster, and King Kenny.
Miranda Hart was murdered on The Celebrity Traitors during a dramatic episode that aired Friday.
The comedian, 53, was eliminated by Traitors Maya Jama, James Acaster, and King Kenny, who feared she was getting too close to uncovering their identities.
"No! Absolutely not. Oh bottoms. I knew it. I'm so cross with myself," Hart said upon reading her murder letter. She reflected on her experience, stating, "Ultimately, in my little personal story, this has been quite extraordinary that I have been able to get back and do the thing that I love professionally and do the things that I love personally, like wandering around the Scottish Highlands and being in nature and laughing and connecting. There were times that I didn't think that would be possible again."
MIRANDA HART BECAME THE LATEST STAR TO BE MURDERED ON THE CELEBRITY TRAITORS DURING FRIDAY'S DRAMATIC EPISODE.
Hart's elimination follows that of fellow Faithful Ross Kemp, who was murdered in plain sight on Thursday's show.
Kemp's increasing paranoia had been a significant talking point in the early episodes, revealing a different side to his usual persona. He had previously accused Bella Ramsey and Leigh-Anne Pinnock of murdering him in plain sight, a fate that ultimately befell him.
MAYA AND KING KENNY BOTH LOOKED VISIBLY FRUSTRATED TO SEE JAMES NOT PULLING HIS WEIGHT, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY COULDN'T CONFRONT HIM IN THE ROOM FULL OF FAITHFULS.
During a mission where contestants were tasked with sabotaging the Faithfuls' shields, the Traitors were responsible for winning gold. While Maya and King Kenny removed their blindfolds to participate, James remained hidden, citing fear. This decision visibly frustrated Maya and King Kenny, though they could not openly confront him in front of the other players.
Later, in the Traitors' lair, Maya and King Kenny addressed James's lack of participation. "You did leave us out to dry," Maya told him. James responded, "I didn't want to be a Traitor, but I'm going to admit something to you now. When I killed Ross Kemp in plain sight, I loved it. And I have enjoyed today more."
Hart's murder is the latest in a series of eliminations on the show, as the remaining Faithfuls attempt to identify and banish the Traitors before they are all eliminated.
